Cognitive (IQ) testing provides a comprehensive understanding of intellectual strengths and areas for growth. Results may be used for Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) eligibility, gifted program placement, private school admissions, early entrance consideration, or MENSA membership.
Beyond qualification purposes, cognitive testing helps individuals, parents, and educators better understand learning style, support academic or professional planning, and identify areas where enrichment or additional support may be beneficial. A comprehensive cognitive assessment provides valuable insight into each individual’s unique cognitive profile.
A social-emotional / behavioral evaluation can help identify concerns related to mental health, emotional functioning, and behavior in both children and young adults. These evaluations are commonly used to assess attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) as well as emotional and behavioral conditions such as anxiety, depression, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Mental health is an important part of an individual's overall health and well-being. It impacts how an individual thinks, feels, and acts; as well as how one handles stress, performs in school, relates to or interacts with others, and makes healthy choices.
Individual and group counseling is provided for educationally and work related struggles such as academic/learning difficulties, behavioral struggles, anxiety, depression, social skills, life skills, school motivation, executive functioning, grief and other areas of adjustment.
A safe and non-judgmental space is created so that sessions can be active, engaging, and goal-oriented.

Teletherapy sessions are conducted from the comfort and safety of the client’s home at a time that fits their schedule. While some individuals prefer in-person therapy, many find it easier to open up and relax in their familiar environment. Teletherapy also offers convenience for families balancing busy schedules, sibling care, and other demands, making it a flexible option for ongoing support.
We offer guidance in navigating school evaluations, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Student Success Teams (SSTs), and the process of accessing appropriate school-based supports. Our team helps families understand their options and make informed decisions. We also attend 504 and IEP meetings to advocate for each individual's unique needs and foster effective collaboration between families and schools.
In addition, parent coaching and consultation supports caregivers in addressing challenging behaviors at home, strengthening parent-child relationships, and developing practical strategies to help children succeed emotionally, behaviorally, and academically at both school and home.
