INSURANCE & FEES

Fees will be provided after the initial consultation. Assessment payments are requested in two installments (50% of the payment at the beginning of services with the remainder paid upon receipt of the written report/interpretation of results).  Payment for counseling services is due at the time of the service.  

Forms of payment include cash, HSA, or credit card.
